Through purposeful initiatives involving training on mushroom cultivation and Its value addition products, red chilli cultivation, preparation of Natural Disinfectant Cleaner (Renesa) as well as Sal Leaf plates , Paper Plates, Mustard Oil, Soap, Chemical Dishwasher & Essential Oils. we walk alongside women, building dignity, independence, and resilience, as when a woman rises, an entire community rises with her.

Empowering Rural Women Through Sustainable Livelihoods

The Sal Leaf Plate Production Initiative is empowering rural women in Keonjhar and Jajpur through eco-friendly micro-enterprises. Supporting over 70 women across three Self-Help Groups, the programme provides machinery, training, and business support to create sustainable livelihoods

ReNeSa: Natural disinfectant cleaner

ReNeSa is a bio-based natural surface disinfectant made from natural ingredients, offering an affordable, safe, and eco-friendly alternative to chemical disinfectants. Beyond promoting healthier and sustainable living, the initiative empowers rural entrepreneurs and Self-Help Groups by creating sustainable livelihood opportunities and supporting community-driven growth.

Mushroom Cultivation for Rural Empowerment

A mushroom cultivation training programme at Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) equipped SHG and FPO members from across Odisha with scientific knowledge and hands-on skills in advanced mushroom farming. By promoting low-investment, sustainable agriculture, the initiative is creating new livelihood opportunities and empowering rural, women-led communities toward economic independence.

Empowering Communities Through Mushroom Value Addition

A hands-on training programme on mushroom value-added products equipped SHG members with practical skills in preparing mushroom namkeen, pickle, papad, and other products. With participation from groups across Sundargarh and Cuttack, the initiative promoted entrepreneurship.

Spicing Up Rural Empowerment

A Chilli Processing Unit established in Sambalpur is creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for rural women, empowering them with economic independence and entrepreneurial skills. More than just a processing unit, the initiative is transforming everyday spices into a powerful symbol of resilience, self-reliance, and lasting community change.

Hydrosol Extraction Unit
 

Through hands-on training in hydrosol and essential oil extraction, rural women are transforming locally grown rose, lemongrass, and tulsi into sustainable sources of income. Guided by master trainers, SHG members are gaining skills, confidence, and entrepreneurial opportunities, turning natural resources into pathways for self-reliance and empowerment.

Soap Making & Phenyl, Toilet Cleaner & Dish Wash Manufacturing

Women-led production of toilet cleaner, dishwashing liquid, and soaps is empowering SHG members and rural women through skill development, income generation, and entrepreneurship, while promoting self-reliance and sustainable local enterprises.
